The Last Project!

Temen-temen yang aku sayangi dan yang menyayangi saya. Mana suaranyaaa?!

Jadi gini..
Teman unyu kita yang bernama Selma mau konser besok pas wisuda. Dia butuh banget dukungan dan tepuk tangan pas konser nanti.

Tadi siang pas aku liat dia latihan, suaranya kereeen banget! Tia 9B juga! Jadi mereka ada berempat. Selma, Tia 9B, Putri 9B, sama Nova CI2. Aku udah liat mereka latihan, dan suaranya bikin meleleh sumpah! Dan lagu yang mereka nyanyiin ada tiga. Someone Like You, Jar Of Hearts, dan kalo nggak salah nih judul lagu ketiga itu Butiran Debu.

Nah, jadi aku minta tolong temen-temen, dengan seluruh keikhlasannya, kita angkat tangan melambai dan ikut nyanyi bareng mereka. Mungkin malu kalo ngelakuin ini sendirian. Tapi kalo bareng-bareng pasti seru.

Terima kasih!

David Archuleta - Something 'Bout Love

I know this a old song and I so 'late' to like this song :| But, WHATEVER I already know this song.

This is the video:

This is the lyrics:

Every night it’s all the same
You’re frozen by the phone
You wait, something’s changed
You blame yourself every day
You’d do it again
Every night

There’s something ’bout love
That breaks your heart
Whoa oh oh oh
It sets you free

There’s something ’bout love
That tears you up
Whoa oh oh oh
You still believe
When the world falls down like the rain
It’ll bring you to your knees
There’s something ’bout love that breaks your heart
Whoa oh oh oh…
But don’t give up
There’s something ’bout love

When you were young
Scared of the night
Waiting for love to come along
And make it right
Your day will come, the past is gone
So take your time
And live and let live

There’s something ’bout love
That breaks your heart
Whoa oh oh oh
It sets you free

There’s something ’bout love
That tears you up
Whoa oh oh oh
You still believe
When the world falls down like the rain
It’ll bring you to your knees
There’s something ’bout love that breaks your heart
Whoa oh oh oh…
But don’t give up
There’s something ’bout love

Don’t fight
Don’t hide
Those stars in your eyes (in your eyes)
Let em’ shine tonight
Let em’ shine tonight

Hang on
Hang in
For the ride of your life
It’s gonna be alright
Hold on tight

There’s something ’bout love
That breaks your heart
Whoa oh oh oh

There’s something ’bout love
That breaks your heart
Whoa oh oh oh
It sets you free

There’s something ’bout love
That tears you up
Whoa oh oh oh
You still believe
When the world falls down like the rain
It’ll bring you to your knees (to your knees)
There’s something ’bout love that breaks your heart
Whoa oh oh oh…
But don’t give up
There’s something ’bout love

Whoa oh oh oh..
Set’s you free
There’s something bout love
That tears you up
Whoa oh oh oh
You still believe
When the world falls down like the rain

Pirates of the Caribbean 4: First Looks!

December 9th, 2010

Captain Jack is (almost) back.

On May 20, Johnny Depp will reprise the role that truly made him an icon, as he steps back into the swashbuckling shoes of Captain Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. We've got an early look at a scene from the movie here:

The fourth installment of this franchise will find Jack and Barbossa seeking the Fountain of Youth.  Along the way, Depp's beloved character will meet a former flame, as seen above and played by Penelope Cruz.

"What's most interesting about Pirates 4 is you don't have to connect the dots for these subplots and sub-characters," Depp told USA Today. "It felt like a fresh, clean slate."

Neither Orlando Bloom nor Keira Knightley appears in the film. Check out two more scenes from the blockbuster HERE and HERE.

Screw

A screw is one of the six classical simple machines, essentially an inclined plane wrapped helically around an axis for a number of turns (which may be less than one). A screw can convert a rotational movement to a linear movement, and a torque (rotational force) to a linear force. When the shaft of the screw is rotated relative to the stationary threads, the screw moves along its axis relative to the medium surrounding it; for example rotating a woodscrew forces it into wood; rotating a fixed Archimedean screw used to pump water moves the water.

The screw's lead, the distance the screw travels in one revolution , determines the mechanical advantage of the machine; the smaller the lead, the higher the mechanical advantage. Mechanical advantage can be estimated by dividing the circumference of the shaft by the distance between the threads.

Practical screw devices may or may not have a shaft around which the thread is wrapped; the propeller blade, for example, does not. Uses include:

• the bolt, used as a fastener together with a nut or tapped hole with mating thread
• the metal woodscrew, a fastener with a thread sharp enough to cut its way through wood, forming a thread in the wood, driving the screw in, and holding it in place
• the screw top, to hold the lid of a bottle or jar tightly in place
• the lathe screw, which uses rotation of a knob by hand to make much smaller, precisely controlled linear movements
• the similar worm gear, to drive a perpendicular gear with increased mechanical advantage
• the lead screw, ball screw and roller screw, which convert screw rotation to linear movement of a shaft
• the corkscrew
• the micrometer, essentially a calibrated, precise screw used for measuring linear distances
• the propeller blade to move a water- or aircraft, an example of a screw of less than one turn which is not required to move a shaft
• the electric fan blade, a fixed propeller which moves the air
• the helical twist drill bit, an Archimedean screw used to remove swarf from a hole being drilled
• the screw conveyor, closely related to the Archimedean screw

Wedge

A wedge is a triangular shaped tool, a compound and portable inclined plane, and one of the six classical simple machines. It can be used to separate two objects or portions of an object, lift an object, or hold an object in place. It functions by converting a force applied to its blunt end into forces perpendicular (normal) to its inclined surfaces.^[ The mechanical advantage of a wedge is given by the ratio of the length of its slope to its width. Although a short wedge with a wide angle may do a job faster, it requires more force than a long wedge with a narrow angle.

Wedge

Mechanical advantage

The mechanical advantage of a wedge can be calculated by dividing the length of the slope by the wedge's width:

The more acute, or narrow, the angle of a wedge, the greater the ratio of the length of its slope to its width, and thus the more mechanical advantage it will yield.

However, in an elastic material such as wood, friction may bind a narrow wedge more easily than a wide one. This is why the head of a splitting maul has a much wider angle than that of an axe.
